Q1: When will you send my order? 
A1: We will send your order in 1-7 days after receiving your payment.
Q2: Can you send me the real picture?
A2: All pictures on our website are real and taken by ourselves. The color maybe have some deviation between the pictures and the goods, because the photos are taken under light and the difference size of the computer screen.

Q3: Can I track my parcel? Why there is no tracking information?
A3:All parcel have tracking information. The tracking information maybe delay few days on aliexpress system, please don't worry.

Q4:Why I can't receive my parcel for a long time ?

A4:The parcel maybe delay some days due to bad weather and other unexpected situations.we will extend the protection days for you .

Q5:Which way can I choose to send to my country ?

A5: We normally select China Post Air Or Epacket, normally you will receive the parcel around 15-45 days according to different countries. Please choose DHL or EMS if you want to receive the parcel fast.
